How to Optimize PC Speed Booster Start up
First let’s watch this video here how to Optimize the Start up programs and minimizing the Services running in the background. Now after that step you need to restart your PC. Better right? After this step you will feel the increase in speed. Achieving this step for PC speed booster is critical because your computer starts to load up items that is not needed and will not stop to run. Slowing your computer down and cutting of memory and CPU usage for the rest of the session. Remove it and you will get back 50% of the speed you’ve lost over the years!
Dealing with History and Cookie overload
Now we need to clean up the system. Open up all the browser you have and we will delete the History and cookies and set it up so that you will not have a compilation of these junk files.
For Mozilla Firefox
Click on ‘tools’ then choose ‘options’ then a tab will pop out. Now on that tab choose ‘Privacy’. Whatever option you have there you will see ‘clear your recent history’. Go ahead and click on that then another block will pop out. Choose Time Range as ‘Everything’ then click on Clear now. All the cookies of Mozilla will be removed and you will have a faster yet improved speed on this browser.
Now all we need to do is set it up so that you won’t have to manually remove the cookies every time. We still need to do this on the privacy tab. You can see just below the History is the option ‘Firefox will:’ now you need to choose the option ‘Use customer settings for history’. Check the radio button that says ‘Remember my browsing history for at least’ and put in the box “7″ days. And on the lower portion You will see ‘keep until’ Choose “Until They Expire”
Now Firefox will automatically remove the cookies every 7 days without affecting the Memory of the Browser and speeding thing up!
For Google Chrome
Click on the wrench at the upper right corner of the page. Now choose Options, it will take you to another tab. What we need to do now is go to the page that says ‘Under the hood’ on the upper portion you will see ‘content settings’ and ‘clear browsing data’. We will use this 2 options so don’t navigate the page after this step. We now need to click on ‘clear browsing data’ and choose on the drop down ‘the beginning of time’. Now click on clear browsing data.
We have deleted all the history and cookies for chrome but we still need to do one more thing to remove the history of chrome till the end of days. We are still on the page under the hood right? Please click on ‘Content Settings’. Then on the Cookies part Please check the radio button “clear cookies and other site data when I close my browser’. Now close everything.
Chrome doesn’t have the option to store data by schedule unlike Firefox but chrome give out suggestion directly from Google so a history is really not needed for this type of browser.
For Internet Explorer
For some versions you will not see a tab. So we need to press the ‘alt’ button. Then it the file options will appear. Now choose internet options. You will see under General on the 2nd line ‘browsing history’ Please choose please ‘settings’ Then you will be taken to the Pop out that says Temporary Internet Files and History Settings. ON the Bottom Part you will see ‘History’ ‘Days to key Pages in history’ Please put “7″. Click on ok then close everything.
Internet explorer stores every page they put hands on and thus cost us huge amount of junk files. By Instructing Internet Explorer to delete History and Cookies Older than 7 days you save a whole lot Disk Space that clogs up your Computer and you will not have any problems with Internet Explorer running slow unless you have tons of add-ons which we will discuss in the Further pages of this site.

Defragging and Disk Clean up for PC Speed Booster
Yes you heard it right. All of us know what this is, but seems forgot to do it every week. So now you are reading this page go and defrag your computer and Do a Disk Cleanup. Go to ‘Computer’ Right Click Local Disk (C:). A screen will pop and you will see the Disk Clean-up right in the middle of the page. Now after it is finished Go on the tab that says ‘Tools’. The Second Option says Defragment now. Go on and click on it and wait for it to finish.
You will have a faster PC because Disk Cleanup deletes all the Temporary Internet Files which we cannot do manually as well by accessing %temp% folder but this is much more complicated and Disk clean up includes a lot more than cleaning your Temporary Files. For De-fragmentation of you PC this part arranges all the Misplaced files in your Registry but does not delete anything. It just arranges the Hair strands so that your System Will go smoothly than before.
Please do this weekly, put a stick it in your monitor so that you won’t forget to maintain the computer. If you want to make this step automated go and get a PC Speed Booster from Wisefix or Computer Optimizer. However if you can do this manually every week then that will be much more better.
Registry Fix and Cleanup
The number one problem why Computers are slowing down is a registry full of dates, un-installation footprints and entries from different software’s. Cleaning it manually will get you in a heap of trouble as we know that one mistake has the capabilities to take your whole PC down as in down to the ground. That is where you have to reformat the Computer. So it is very important for you to get a Registry Cleaner.
There are free Registry Cleaners out there! Go to Google and search for it. But please be aware that there are some Registry Cleaners that will give you a free scan and ask you for money before Cleaning up your system and if in case this software did a good job in cleaning up your registry. They just did clean your registry, how about the other things that are also important? You must look for a good and stable All-in-One-Cleaner that will not end up deleting files that the computer needs that will end up with a more unstable PC.
A good All-in-One-Cleaner will get you reports and will give you choices on which files should be deleted and give recommendations as well. PC Speed Booster from Wisefix has a built in Registry Cleaner that will not just scan your registry but will also recommend you to delete the footprints that old Programs has left behind, Fix windows Registry, and Clean it with unnecessary Files.
Tweaking of LAN, Internet Connection, ports, Firefox Null integration and a lot more will be included in the next pages.
